TADEUSZ KRZYWON

He was a radio operator/air gunner, born on 6^th June 1913 in Cieszyn.  On 26^th October 1941, W5720 was hit by flak and crashed into the sea.  After many hours in the water, all but one of the crew was rescued; this flier survived the crash but F/O Stenocki was killed.  Sgt Krzywon was later killed on HF198 which crashed on 14^th January 1944.  He won the Cross of Valour three times.
