AN APOLOGY

I have just discovered that the settings on this Blog have been blocking comments from readers. That is the last thing I wanted to do. I welcome comments and opinions - and information, copy documents or photographs if you would like to share them. Please feel free to add your comments and be assured that I will not edit them out unless they are obscene, racist or contain bad language. My apologies.

I have just got into this site. i am somewhat behind the times on Blogs!
My name is Alastair Graham. My father Acting Wing Commander Bill Graham was the RAF Liaison Officer with 304()P) Squadron from its inception at Bramcote until he was shot down a few weeks before I was born, in May 1941.I have been in touch with Mariusz Konarski the writer of a book about the Squadron. My father told my mother that it was an honour to serve with Polish flyers and I agree that their bravery and resourcefulness is not well understood in the UK.
