Following a disastrous computer crash, and weeks spent recovering lost information, I will soon be in a position to update all my information on my new computer. I will resume postings on this site in the very near future.

JAN PIOTR IZYCKI - CORRECTION
It appears that my original posting on this man was incorrect and incomplete. He did not die in Denmark as stated. At the time of his death he was flying deniable missions for the CIA and was officially killed in an accident at Bolling Field (Washington DC), whilst testing aircraft. In reality he was killed along with Jan Jeka, another ex-PAF pilot in the Philippines in 1958, whilst flying covert bombing missions against Indonesia. He had been flying for the CIA since the early 1950s, initially in Europe.
